John Stebbing Architects is an established practice of over 35 years, bringing experience and energy to any commission.

The practice was founded by John and Sue Stebbing in 1983. Since then JSA has grown and now combines a mix of experience and expertise, specialising in Conservation, Residential and Educational projects, Urban Design and Community ‘Infrastructure’. The practice has a long track record in the delivery of both rehabilitated existing buildings and new-build schemes of varying scales from £150k to £20m.

JSA are a small team of Architects and Designers with varying specialisms. With an experienced RIBA Conservation Architect on the board we are qualified to take on the most demanding of Heritage projects, working with listed buildings and heritage assets in urban, rural and historic settings.

We offer bespoke architectural design services including new-build homes and extensions to individual properties of all types and sizes. We provide a wide range of experience and skills in the delivery of both social and private housing schemes of any size.

JSA has a growing portfolio of successful community projects for schools and religious groups, and has developed a growing expertise in assisting charities through the various funding application stages during the early stages of a project.
